Test samples may become damaged or deteriorate during testing, storage, or return transport. Test samples are not subjected to any post‑treatment and must be considered as scrap.
As standard practice, the laboratory includes the cost of sample destruction in its test offers and proceeds to destroy the samples immediately upon completion of the test, being exempt from any liability arising from this action.
The client may request the return of the test samples when confirming the service. In such cases, the laboratory will package them in the same packaging in which they were delivered and make them available to the client, who must collect them within a period not exceeding 7 days.
If the disposal of your samples entails an extraordinary cost for the laboratory, the destruction fee and the calculation criteria will be specified in our offer.
