Service Confirmation and Cancellation Policy (audit \/ consultancy)"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Each service will begin with a <strong>formal offer,<\/strong> which must be expressly accepted by the client through a <strong>purchase order<\/strong> (with a maximum validity of 30 days) or <strong>advance payment of the proforma invoice that will be issued<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The minimum billing unit will be one full <strong>working day.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>T<strong>ravel and subsistence expenses<\/strong> for personnel will be included in BIDEA\u2019s offer.<\/p>\n<p>The delivery of the <strong>final report<\/strong> will mark the <strong>completion of the service<\/strong>. The time dedicated to preparing the report will be included in the offer. All information provided by the client will be treated with <strong>strict confidentiality.<\/strong>  <\/p>\n<p>The service will be considered <strong>firmly confirmed<\/strong> once <strong>BIDEA blocks the dates exclusively for the contracting organization<\/strong>. From that moment on, those dates will not be offered to third parties, with BIDEA expressly waiving the provision of other services during that period. <\/p>\n<p><strong>Cancellation Policy:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Cancellation by the client<\/strong>: Any cancellation will be subject to a charge of 100% of the agreed amount, unless notice is given at least 5 weeks in advance.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Cancellation by BIDEA<\/strong>: In the event of cancellation for reasons attributable to BIDEA, a full refund of the payments received will be issued, with no possibility of any other type of compensation.
